BUSH: CLAP ME OR NO EU SPEECH:
GEORGE Bush pulled out of a speech to the European Parliament when MEPs wouldn’t guarantee a standing ovation.
Senior White House officials said the President would only go to Strasbourg to talk about Iraq if he had a stage-managed welcome.
A source close to negotiations said last night: “President Bush agreed to a speech but insisted he get a standing ovation like at the State of the Union address.
“His people also insisted there were no protests, or heckling.
“I believe it would be a crucial speech for Mr Bush to make in light of the opposition here to war. But unless he only gets adulation and praise, then it will never happen.”
Mr Bush’s every appearance in the US is stage-managed, with audiences full of supporters.
It was hoped he would speak after he welcomed Warsaw pact nations to Nato in Prague last November. But his refusal to speak to EU leaders face-to-face is seen as a key factor in the split between the US-UK coalition and Europe.
The source added: “Relations between the EU and the US are worsening fast – this won’t help.”
Bush is not only a Miserable Failure, he’s also a pussy (to use language a typical Bush supporter can understand).

that is really screwed up that people would hope that he would have cancer. I am not really supporting him but that is just messed up. Now it could be true that he is a sissyboy. but it is harsh to say that . I am not really into politicsbut that is screwed up.

Gimme a fucking break, bothered that someone would wish him cancer? This moron is using the National Guard to fight his war in Iraq, a war he suckered us into by lying to the US public about WMD and phoney ties to Al Queda. Close to 1500 US soldiers have been killed in Iraq and several times that injured and maimed, most of them after “major combat operations” ceased. Remember that “Mission Accomplished” sign? Ever hear the saying, “Don’t expect someone else to do something you wouldn’t be willing to do yourself”? Well this walking piece of dung had strings pulled to get him into a cushy little spot in the Texas National Guard ahead of some 500 or so others on a waiting list, during the height of the Veitnam war. The National Guard was not created to deal with conflicts outside the US yet it is being abused in order to keep up sufficient manpower for a poorly planned war. Tell the wives and families of the 3 Minnesota National Guardsmen that were just killed the other day that it is out of line to wish Bush would get cancer and die.

I think the point trying to be made is that, as fucked up as Bush is, and as much as he’s fucked over our country, wishing bad things on other people is just unhealthy.. Not only psychologically, but physically too! Come on, people, you trying to give yourselves high blood pressure here?
Seriously, though, “Judge not, lest ye be judged,” “Love thine enemy” and all that jazz. Even your enemy is a motherfucker who has no respect for any life but his own, don’t let that stop you from admitting that he is still, at least a human being, or at least some form of life, and therefore deserves some small token of respect. I believe ALL life deserves some small token of respect… Thus endeth my soapbox. (Fyi: This was found via a random google search for our favorite phrase.. I believe it was the third page in or something…)
Nobody seems to have pointed out that George W. has been a very mediocre individual all his life. He went to Yale as a legacy and then just got by. He contiued his mediocre performance at the Harvard Business School. Later, he failed miserably in business. If he had to live on his prior performance in life as most of us do, he’d be eating and dressing out of dumpsters and cleaning windshields with a squeejee for a few spare coins. He only went into politics because he could not perform in the private sector. He is supposed to have wanted to eclipse his father in business, but he’s had to ride his pop’s coattails all his lousy life. All those dead soldiers and marines are the price he’s been willing to pay for his failures. And despite his dad’s protestations, he is dumb! Stupid even! The laughingstock of the world’s leaders. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if that swine bin Laden didn’t pick the date of the attack on the twin towers to enhance G.W.B.’s political capital and do the most damage to the U.S.A. What a low blow!!!
